2. One to one support, confidence building, training provision, volunteer placements, CV preparation and application forms and job search.  We broker services for young people, e.g. housing, health substance misuse, lone parent issues.
3. We also offer Positive Activities for young people who are harder to reach to help them undertake a range of activities within reason.

1. Neet Energisers to give young people not in education, employment or training a taste of what may be available to them in education, training and employment 
2. E2E (Entry to Employment) which is designed for learners to sample different vocational areas and get help to choose a suitable career path. It can also help people with personal and social issues which may stand in the way of employment or mainstream education
3. Apprenticeships give learners the opportunity to gain an NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification which is competence based whilst earning a salary working in a related area

We are looking for 16 -25 year olds in the Lancaster area who are interested in computers, bicycles, cycling, recycling and the environment. 
Lancaster cycle projects involves a group of young free riders who are interested in creating a cycle track for local dirt jumpers, northshore riders and mountain bikers to develop their skills.  We hope to create our own track and along the way support others in maintaining and improving off road cycle facilities in the local area.
